Creating a Task and Appointment Dashboard List View

Hi,

I wanted to create a custom dashboard view for account managers to view a list of their active tasks and appointments. The Dashboard will consist of two tiles:

Tile 1 List of Active Tasks - This involves a list of phone and task activities excluding appointments, which I'll set another separate custom view specifically for appointments. I've added the following filters and grouped them all under "AND":

        • Activity Type Equals Phone Call;Task
        • Owner Equals Current User
        • Activity Status Equals Open;Scheduled

Tile 2 List of Scheduled Appointments - This involves a list of scheduled appointments only, which means other tasks should be excluded. I've added these following filter rules grouped under "AND"

      - Owner Equals Current User

      - Activity Status Equals Scheduled

I've set these filters up and it should pull only appointments and tasks created and owned by the current user who has created them. When I set it up in the dashboard, it appears to be pulling appointments and tasks from everyone and including those tasks marked as completed. Is there anything wrong with my filter logic and what should I do to rectify this?

    Hello Mike,

Make sure that you've chosen correct view in DashBoard.
