Hi,

Please refer the below screenshot, While i'm taring to send a email from the AX when sales order status turn into confirmed but I'm getting error.

RE: SMTP setup

Hi Shambhu,

It seems, you need to configure SMTP relay server and you have to mention that address in outgoing mail server box and then in the relay server IIS 6.0 manager SMTP virtual server-->properties--> advanced delivery settings you have to mention office 365 address in the smart host box.
