Set Business Process Flow stage through workflow activity error

Hi,

Can someone help me with the error we are encountering? It's giving me System.AggregateException: One or more error occured. And base on the tracelogs it says that a bpf already exists for the target record and could not be created. Did someone also experienced the same issue and resolved it? Thanks for the help in advance.

Hi All,

Thanks to all of you. This has been solved by just deactivating all the workflows that's running in the entity and activate them altogether.
