Inventory transaction filteration

I tried to filter the transactions of inventory transactions with no financial date (not yet invoiced) by using ="" on the filter option, but it shows the error

Division by zero. - (S)\Data Dictionary\Tables\InventTrans\Methods\CIT Sales Value - line 15 (C)\Classes\QueryRun\next (C)\Classes\FormDataSource\executeQuery (C)\Forms\InventTransItem\Data Sources\InventTransOrigin\Methods\executeQuery - line 28 (C)\Classes\FormDataSource\research (C)\Classes\FormRun\task (C)\Classes\SysSetupFormRun\task - line 27 error
since there were a lot of transactions I can't transfer that data to excel
Help me to find those transactions which were not invoiced or didn't have any financial date

    Hi AX-training,

Can you verify if this is caused by a customization? The error is mentioning a CITSalesValue method which could be part of a customization. A developer might have added a calculation and forgot to evaluate the value before using it in the division.

    I see.

If you cannot export the filtered data at once because you have too many records then try to export the data in stages e.g. first all transactions for items starting with A, then for items with B and so on.

    Does that work for you?

    Hi AX-training,

To find transactions that are not invoiced you can make use of the standard shipped not invoiced resp. received not invoice forms in the purchasing and sales modules.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
