Build a custom control using Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) to read SharePoint files via Graph API or SharePoint REST API, apply filters (e.g., filenames), and render inside the form.
Use Power Automate + Custom Table:
Periodically or on upload, copy metadata of SharePoint files (filename, link, etc.) to a custom Dataverse table and display this with a filtered subgrid or view.
Navigate to SharePoint directly:
Provide a custom button or link to open the SharePoint folder in a browser with applied filters or search queries.
