Item No. Series doesn't appear when created in Navision 2018?

Hi Community,

I was creating an Item no. series, and It was created well in Number series page.

But when I try to create an item and bring out the number series, It was not appearing in the other number series I have created.

What I have done?

1. I ensure that the Inventory Set up has a number series.

2. I ensure that the No. Series, has the auto tick.

Please advise. Thank you.

    Hi, First, you need to confirm the following three options, Default Nos., Starting Date, Open

    If Default Nos. and Open are not enabled, it may cause this.
    For Starting Date, if there are multiple rows, this item will be judged.

    In addition, if you use the Item Template function, the No Series set in the Item Template may take precedence.
