Hi,

I want to use live chat in business central. I have license for D365 Customer Service Enterprise and Customer Service Chat. How to configure it? How to do it?

The easiest way is probably with a control add-in: docs.microsoft.com/.../devenv-control-addin-object

Hi, This feature is not currently available in BC. As far as I know, this is a feature in products such as Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Human Resources, Marketing and Retail, not in BC.
