I want to use live chat in business central. I have license for D365 Customer Service Enterprise and Customer Service Chat. How to configure it? How to do it?

Hi, This feature is not currently available in BC. As far as I know, this is a feature in products such as Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Human Resources, Marketing and Retail, not in BC.
