Hi,

I want to use live chat in business central. I have license for D365 Customer Service Enterprise and Customer Service Chat. How to configure it? How to do it?

This video is not directly connected to chat bots in teams, but it still gives us a look into what the future can look like for BC users or others that needs data out of BC.

Hi, This feature is not currently available in BC. As far as I know, this is a feature in products such as Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Human Resources, Marketing and Retail, not in BC.
