Is it possible to perform Server-to-Server authentication process with Dynamics 365 using JavaScript API, If possible then please tell me how to perform.

JavaScript is clientside, so there's no option to use Server to Server authentication as this runs in the background.
From the client you need to authenticate the other api. If that's a Microsoft serivce, you might want to look into Adaljs.
