Need to back out Project Change Order (Screen CN.COP.00). The status is currently set to Approved. Need to roll it back to Pending. Even the admin account does not seem able to change the status. Can it be rolled back or does it need to be deleted?

Thanks you for the help. Unfortunately we seem to be stuck on another problem with this order. Under Budget Revision for this change order (BU.BRM.00) there is still a In Process task. This is throwing up errors. What would be the process to close the status on the sub task?
Bad news.
Change order approval updates the main project tables, such as EAC amount and Budget amount. Changing back the status should consider substracting back or adding back the amounts. There's no roll back procedure for that.
