Thank you so much:)

If you are using default settings then you are using wrong URL, to be specific wrong port number:
40003 - is setup with Windows Authentication
40002 - is setup with FBA
Windows Authentication can only be used for such IT/Development tasks like modifying pages of your Publishing Portal or let's say changing Site Collection settings but for real C2 customers it is possible to use FBA only, so, the fact that new account creation fails for the Windows Auth port is expected, please use FBA (port 40002).
Hi Sergey,
I have manually deployed Fabrikam store via the AX Setup.
The URL which I was using to "register a new account" is this one http://VMName:40003/sites/RetailPublishingPortal/Pages/Register.aspx?ReturnUrl=http%3A//VMName%3A40003/sites/retailpublishingportal
When I see the logs through ULS viewer got below error messages

Kindly help me on this.
Thanks&Regards,
SKP.
What is the "story" of this deployment - is that the Demo VM or your own environment which you deployed from scratch? If the Demo VM - what kind of changes were applied to it if any?
Can you tell me what URL you are using while navigating to that Page?
Did you click on Technical Details link? If so - was the information there helpful? If you will only see there a correlation ID then you need to copy that and then find an matching error in SharePoint Log, you can use ULS Viewer or just directly open configuration file and search for that GUID.
