Sending Sales Order Confirmation error

Hi,

When I try to send sales order confirmation I'am getting the following error

"The _reportName parameter can not be null or empty."

"Microsoft.Dynamics.Ax.Xpp.ErrorException: Exception of type 'Microsoft.Dynamics.Ax.Xpp.ErrorException' was thrown.

at Dynamics.Ax.Application.SrsReportNameAttribute.new(String _reportName) in SrsReportNameAttribute.new.xpp:line 10

...."

Did you customize that particular report? Try by redeploying that report once.

i deploy it but there is another error

Try to Compile all AOT Classes and run CIL.

Open Development workspace - Follow below screen shot.

First try with 'Generate Incremental CIL' And if that doesn't solve the issue, try with Full CIL.

Do not generate CIL in production, since calling an AIF inbound port among other things could crash your AX AOS instances.

Follow the proper channel of compiling code and generating CIL in a build/staging environment, then deploying the changes to Production as part of a maintenance, using the AX ModelStore!

I am sure she must be testing in her DEV box..

And if you need to run on Prod, you would have to schedule a down time to do that.
