Upgrade Dynamics V9 online failed and i can't find the ticket

Hi all, 

The automatic upgrade of Dynamics 365 in version V9 has failed, and i received an e-mail with a ticket number.

Do you know how can i access this ticket ?

I tried on the partner source support page, and on the customer source support center, but i did'nt find it ...

    Hi Laurent,

    Following are the details.

    https://admin.dynamics.com to create or view a support request in the new support center.

    Premier Support plan members can go to My Premier Online. 

    Microsoft Partners or delegated admins can go to Partner Center.

    Hi,

    You could go to Office 365 Admin Center > Health > Service Health. There should be a ticket number under the incidents. For such automatic upgrade failure , MS will assign technological engineer to help you finish Service Maintenance.

    The Microsoft team finally succeeded in migrating the instance to V9.0, but i still don't know the reason why the first attempt did not work !
