You should ask your previous vendor for the source code and rdl file to modify the report
This apllies only if ur crm is on premise
may be some other vendor why
Your crm development is done by some other vendor? Or this was a fresh implementation done by ur team
Can you go to service >>cases>> on the command bar above grid>> click run report and see what reports are available? One of them must be the report you are looking for

If you are using crm online, modify the existing report
If you are using crm on-premise, you need to get the rdl file of this report to modify it
