The users had a printer jam and chose to reprint the checks. The voided checks ended up with incorrect posting dates in 2004 or 00/00/000 for a posting date. What could have caused this?
Thanks!

It was actually the posting date in the inquiry and was causing items with an October document date (and posted date) to show up on the 9/30 aging as having been outstanding before they really existed.
Hi,
Is it the date in the checkbook register that ended up in 2004?
Kind regards,
Leslie
