Office documents preview error Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations On-Premise

We have an On-Premise instance of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. But the documents attached to records are not being previewed when we upload them.

Only office extensions are not working like they should do.

We have an OOS (Office Online Server) installed and configured and we put the URL on the Office Web Apps Server on Dynamics, and permit File Types too.

Can someone help me to reach the goal and preview Office documents on my environment?
