    Hi,

How did you open the window in your screenshot? I searched my system and it doesn't have a window with that name.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie

    Thank you Leslie

This happened on GP2015 R2 and GP2016 R2 too perhaps GP2018 solving for this issue

it must be settting first Automatically post cash receipt deposit on window Company Setup Options

And then when we post bank transaction entry option Enter Receipt

and open history transaction on Checkbook Balance by using hyperlink Number

we got the history not showing distribution

    Dedi,

I am also unable to recreate the issue on GP2016 R2.  I changed my company setup to automatically post cash receipt deposits.  I entered a cash receipt to the petty cash checkbook - and saw the deposit posting journal.  I went to Checkbook Balance Inquiry and drilled back on my deposit.  It takes me to the Cash Receipts Inquiry Zoom (since it is the Cash Receipt and not the deposit where the distribution is - I am able to see my distributions).  For the deposits created prior to this change in company setup drillback takes me to Deposit with Receipts Inquiry where my receipts are listed and I can drill back on the Number there for the distributions.  I am wondering if this may be an issue on GP2015R2?
