ReportHomepage changes that were saved, are now gone and those users cannot save new changes to their homepage. This same scenario happens with the Smartlists also. Only fix we have found isn't really a fix at all, but you can remove the user from GP and recreate them. Why is this happening?
Here is our Dynamics GP version info:
