GP Dexterity Changes Not Saving

Homepage changes that were saved, are now gone and those users cannot save new changes to their homepage. This same scenario happens with the Smartlists also. Only fix we have found isn't really a fix at all, but you can remove the user from GP and recreate them. Why is this happening?

Here is our Dynamics GP version info:

Dynamics GP 12.00.1538 (SP2)

Dexterity 12.00.0276.000

SmartList 12.00.1485

Database SQL Server

System Windows Server 2008

ODBC Driver Manager 03.80.0000

ODBC Driver 10.50.4000

SQL 2008 R2 (SP2)

HR 12.00.1525

Hi Jason,

I have not encountered this. Do your users get any kind of error massage when they try to save their changes? For SmartLists, are they trying to change SmartList favorites or new SmartList objects?
