hi, i have customized my own sales invoice report, which has the QR Code showing on the cloud, but when i deployed the package on UAT, the QR is not showing, while the print management setup is completed.
anyone can help?

on the cloud environment yes, but UAT no..
Have you checked in the report ?
If you have checked in and still.not showing then debug the uat with record. My guess is that there is no related data to show or generate the QR. Just debug so that you can find it out.
i created a sales invoice with multiple packing slips, its showing for sales invoice #2 but invoice #1 not showing
Is the correct design getting printed? May I know version# of your cloud hosted and UAT.
Also you can check your report check-in (changeset) and deployable package to see if any issues there.
Ok, if working for some records then you can rule out check-in and deployable package issue.
You can debug UAT environment from your Devbox.It might be data issue.

its not showing for sales invoices, but there is 1 that is not. i dont know the reason yet
