How to bulk upload all depreciation history for all fixed assets?

    You can import into the table FA Journal Line (5621) and post it

    Hi,

    FA Journal is used when you only need to post to FA Ledger and not want General Ledger to be effected. In your case it should be used.

      - Create a configuration package for FA Journal table.

      - Select the necessary fields.

      - Export the package as excel.

      - Transform old depreciation entries in that excel.

      - Import excel back.

      - Then post the journal and values will matches exact book value as in your old system.

    If you have a lot of data like a million entries then this process might be very time consuming, then you can create xmlport to load entries.
