Can you explain your question? Out of the box, there are no classes with the name SalesLine and PurchLine in AX 2012.

It's SaleLineType and PurchLineType
These classes are managing behavior of different types of documents. You will notice classes with the same name and a suffix. Based on a certain variant, the methods are returning different values. E.g. can you cannot post physical or financial quantities if it is a journal type sales order. A normal sales order is allowed to be updated.

When we perform SO invoicing OR PO invoicing , those classes ( SalesLine Type , PurchLine Type ) are call?
You can use the cross references and the debugger to find out what classes and methods are called when certain process is executed in the system.
