I get the following errors while trying to load a template in the check register:
Any Ideas why this is happening? And, please bear with me, I am still very new to this organization.

Just to let you all know, the problem was a permissions issue. So an FYI, if you don't have access to a crystal report in Crystal, you most like won't be able to load it in SL.
Thanks Rick! We've been looking at it and it is strange. The user opens it and tries to load a template in prod and it fails. I do that in test, or just try to select the affected report and it fails, but, one of our other programmers can do the select or load in test in no problems. It is either a permission problem, or a corruption issue. I found a kb on the bullet proof error online, and I can't even launch the file through Crystal on the back end. But, thanks for your input and I'll keep it in mind.

It sure sounds like the template is either corrupt or it was inherited from a prior version of SL. I suggest that, if you know what the template is trying to do, that you open the check register screen without loading the template and then use the select or sort tabs to specify what the template was trying to do and then save that criteria as a template using the same template id. That will replace the existing template. If you know the intent of the template but not how it was doing that, perhaps you can tell us what the template is trying to do and we can help you with the criteria to do that so you can perform my initial suggestion.
Go ahead and ignore this request for right now. It looks like it is a permissions issue on the crystal report file involved. Thanks.
