Hi,

So we send monthly invoices to our customers for software licenses. We have 1 designated person who sends the invoices, as we continue to get more volume it is hard to keep up with sending them out.

Is there a way in CRM that we can have this automated and set for reoccurring monthly?

I have the same question (0)

If you have access to Power Automate you could handle this.  Scheduled Flow monthly.

Use the CDS action to list all invoices from - month.  Then loop through each sending an email dynamically to the proper contact/email address with dynamic content in the email.

The best way is to use Power automate to send invoices periodically.
