Portal Case Creation Page title change?

Hello guys, this one is maybe easy, but couldn't find where is it.

I changed other titles easily by editing the page in Portal, however this one seems to be a bit trickier.

I need to change Open a New Case for something else, a change that reflects in the breadcrumbs too automatically would be best. 

So far tried looking into that page template with no luck, there is nothing that allows me to change that. 

Any help is welcome. 

PS. CRM Online current version

    You can go to

    Portal -> Web Pages -> in quick find search for *Create

    Open the page with Is Root = No

    There will be Title on that Page -> Change it.

    Note: Title and other page specific details are always on localized content pages.

    Just as a side note, found the reason I didn't see the Content section, it was because the view of this form was not Web Page - Content Page.
