Hello!

I am trying to mass-update user to person relationships for new users I created using the user to person relationship entity in data management. When I import my file, I get this error: The column ErrorColumn in entity User to person relationship has incorrect data.

The entity in question does not have a column with that title when you export it to Excel, so I am not sure how to correct the data in a collum I can't access.

Any guidance would be appreciated!

Please ask any clarifying questions you need.

    Hi Rudy,

So sorry for just now getting back to you.
I ended up figuring out some kind of work around at the time; I can't recall off the top of my head what it was but thank you so much for your reply!

    Thank you again,
    Trevor

    Hi,

Hello, we analyzed the information you provided and would like to ask a few questions below

Is the entity /User to Individual Relationships/ that you mentioned an out-of-the-box entity or a custom entity?

Are you using /Data Management/ in /Advanced Settings/ to import the data?

Is there any more detailed error message than the one you mentioned? For example an image with the error message etc.

I hope you can provide more detailed information about this error, it will help us to locate the cause of this error faster.

    Best Regards,
    Rudy Zhang
