Hi All ,

While invoicing a sales order i am facing the below message :

Sales order ( SO No.) updated by another user .

Kindly help in resolving the issue

Background for this issue according to my knowledge.

Master planning has been executed for this order

while doing packing slip the packing slip is split by system .

the total quantity is matching . but the individual packing slip has weight conversion issue . the weight from pcs to kg has doesnt match .

Hi Shubaib,

Is this error reproducible for all invoices or did it occurred once now and then? Is a pattern known how to reproduce it? Do you have customizations around the invoicing process?

Shuhaib,

I hope you get an answer for this. I have had this issue in the past running invoices in batch mode. I have had MS looking at this and they could not find the issue. Since this only happens once in awhile I am living with it. But like I said I am interested to see if anyone has any insight to this.
