Workflow workitem not created in my custom workflow

Hi , I created a custom workflow

I created my own table and workflow category , workflow type and workflow approval,

I configured it on Edge browser too, now the problem is when i submit a workflow of an record , work_Item is not created

Please Help to me to sort out

    Hi Aathil,

    Have you checked whether the "Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations: Batch Management Service" is running.

    After submission of the workflow does the workflow status field on your custom table changes to Submitted?

    the "Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations: Batch Management Service" is not running. and I "started" it

    Yes, the workflow status field is changed from draft to submitted .

    If the service Girish mentioned was off, turn it on. 

    You might want to confirm that the workflow work item batch job is also running. 

    Then lastly, confirm the code in your workflow event handler class.
