Ingenico I6550 Not Working After Hot Fixs

My Ingenico worked fine after CU5 installation. Any Hot Fixes there After Causes my POS to crash when prompted for signature or card swipe. I assume I6550 should still be supported? Should this be a MS Support issue? Just tried the latest hot fix with the same results.

    Hi Anthony. Do You get any error message, error number or similar? Can You tell us o what RMS version exactly are You now? One of our customers uses Ingenico i3380 and all the RMS updates haven't affected the work of the RMS POS.

    Is there maybe some add-on installed for use of your Ingenico, something that connects your RMS POS with the payment gateway over the Ingenico reader??
