Hello folks,

I want to implement  Goals using CRM 2016 for the Tech Team.

I want to keep track of the percentage of goals accomplished for each person within the Tech Department.

How can I achieve this using CRM 2016?

    Please let us know if you have any specific questions.

    if you can specify, the type of Goals you want to create for Tech Team. for .e.g. A tech team member must resolve/create/close n no. of cases per month/week/day etc.

    or any other special conditions you have....please elaborate
