I am getting an issue in a particular service call entry parts  window that is one line item is showing as empty even the line item was issued already. It seems to, some misbehavior happened while the system was trying to update the line item.

Is anyone experienced this issue? If so, kindly share your experience and it will help me to find out the cause of the issue and I can avoid this to not happen in future.

I haven't seen any of this kind of issue, do you have any customizations running for service call?

    Hi Almas,

Thanks for your time. Yes, there is the customization but it is quit big. For the time being, can you answer a small question for me.

    1. Will item allocation happen if we do the "Transfer" from inventory requirements window?

Yes, you have to Ship the transfer to allocate the quantity.
