Management Reporter - References not right at export

Good Morning,

I have a strange issue with management reporter, currently the report has a column view with some transaction attributes including the Reference field, as an administrator if I generate and view the report everything looks good and I can export to excel and all is well.

However, there are a number of people setup as viewers and the reports are published on an intranet, when the viewer opens the report, everything in the web viewer is fine including the transaction level details, but when the viewer exports to excel the references come out wrong.

Has anyone ever seen this before?
