Can't insert email template (infinite loading)

Hello !

I work on CRM DYnamics Online 9.0.

With an office 365 account, which we'll call Williams, I'm trying to insert an email template. But I have an infinite loading and on the browser console this error message :

I tried to reproduce the problem with my Office 365 account but it works and I don't have an error message on the browser console.

I thought it was a role problem. So I gave to Williams the same roles as my user account. But it didn't solve the problem.

It is not a problem of role or rights. Only this account has the problem.

Do you have an idea ?

    Hi,

    Could you please try to clear out the To line and then insert the template? After inserting the template, re-populate the To line.

    Thank you for your suggestion.

    It still not work after clear out the To line and then insert template.

    I have the infinite loading and the same errors on the browser console.

    Try opening CRM in a private window and see if it works.

    I tried InPrivate with IE and Google Chrome and it still doesn't work.

    Hi Raphael,

    did  this get resolved? I am also facing the same issue for one of user even after giving System admin role.

    I'm facing this problem too, on contact entity. Doesn't work also from a web service, istantiate template request get an excepion "transactionCurrencyId needs to be supplied  email entity"
