I work on CRM DYnamics Online 9.0.
With an office 365 account, which we'll call Williams, I'm trying to insert an email template. But I have an infinite loading and on the browser console this error message :
I tried to reproduce the problem with my Office 365 account but it works and I don't have an error message on the browser console.
I thought it was a role problem. So I gave to Williams the same roles as my user account. But it didn't solve the problem.
It is not a problem of role or rights. Only this account has the problem.
Do you have an idea ?
