Picking List Prints The Wrong Picking Route Number

I am using the standard AX Picking List. The ONLY change that has been made to the form is to make the Picking Route Number a larger Font and Bold. Otherwise, the table and Class have not been touched.

What seems to happen is at the time of the initial print, the information on the Picking List and the Picking Route Number do not match (I get the Route number for what should be another order). When re-printed the picking list and picking route number match.

Has anyone else come across this issue and do you have a fix?

It seems to be sporadic and cannot be manually reproduced (the worst kind of issue to troubleshoot).

Not a bug and not an issue. It appears that the Picking List Batch Job was not turned off in the DEV environment, so the picking list for Sales Orders that had delivery schedules would continue to print. I hang my head in Shame, but hopefully this will help someone else when troubleshooting a bizarre issue. Always remember to step back and look at the whole problem.
