"Object reference not set to an instance of an object" import failure

Hi all,

I'm getting the /Object reference not set to an instance of an object/ error on a few records when using the import wizard for D365 CE (CRM). In this case I imported to the Contact table. I haven't gotten this particular error previously on an import. I don't know how to determine what the issue is with those few records. I'm not seeing any differences between those records and the other 10,000+ records that imported correctly. How do I determine the issue for those records?

Thanks!

The mapping is correct as evidenced by the fact that the wizard correctly imported the other 10,000+ records.
