Import data through excel - Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Hello,
I have some data that I want to import into a specific table and it keeps on failing with the below error message:
Exception Message for CREATE: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I tried different ways to also import the data through:
  • Excel Online
  • Data Import
  • xrmmtoolbox - DataImport++
Unfortunately, it continues to show that message even though the lookup mappings are 100% correct.

Could you please advise why I am getting this error?
