Not able to login to Power Virtual Agent Web App

Hi All,

I am trying to login to web.powerva.microsoft.co but getting below error. i have created a trial account for POC and also had a Power virtual agent Add on. Its assigned to user but still not able to login.

I have the same question (0)

Hello,

Please make sure you are following the below documentation: learn.microsoft.com/.../requirements-licensing

You can only assign the "Power Virtual Agent User License" to specific users. You don't need to assign the "Power Virtual Agent" license.

I have assigned a PVA User role but still the issue is same.

Have you tried login in through the icognito mode?
