how to create team member user

Hello,

I'm very new in CRM

I'm trying to create a new user with Team Member license

User already exists in my microsoft user list; I don't want to give him full access

When I log in into his Dynamics page i receive this output

What's the right flow to install Team member sales app and enable users?

Hi Carlik,

Please check if Sales Team Member security role is assigned to the user. please refer the link to assign the security role https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/admin/create-users-assign-online-security-roles#assign-a-security-role-to-a-user

Hello Adnan,

What I mean is: I can add user to Microsoft Teams Exploratory (in Office Admin Portal : admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal). After 5 or 6 hours, I can see user into user list in CRM

Then I add user to right group "Sales Team Member"

Now, Into User Dynamics page

[ In English is "no apps" ] and I can't understand how to add app to this user

Can someone help me?

Hi,

First, you need to assign users Sales Team Member security role:

Go to Advanced Settings -> Security -> Users.

Select the users and click on Manage Roles to assign the Sales Team Member role.

Then, make sure the security role is assigned to the App (go to Advanced Settings -> Apps):

You can also open the app from here and share the URL with users.

Hello,

thanks for response , but It doesnt work:

1 assign users Sales Team Member security role:

Here the situation for my collegue. She is member only of Sales Team Member

About app, here the roles

But, when I try to open app sharing link with my collegue, I can't see manu on the left, I can't see Leads, Opp and so on

Where am I wrong?

Hi there, I agree with previous suggestions, they were expected to work already.

I would try use options like "sync" and take a look on 'filters applied' while connected with Team Member user. Also clean cache, try Inprivate mode of browser.

Obviously I was wrong. I thought Team member license was free

I have to buy a Team member license(about 7 euros per user per month).

I have bought it and I assigned to an user. Now it works!

Sorry for my stupid post and thanks to everyone!
