I am not sure what you mean exactly by 'activites' in relation to finance people.
Do you refer to the standard roles and the required licenses?

I am a non finance person, and want to know what sort of posting will be done by finance people in working environment Like Posting Gl entries, Collections entries etc., in AR, AP, GL, Banks etc.,. If some documents or videos are available it will be good to explore my knowledge.

Are you working for an AX-Partner? If so, you should be able to Access the Dynamics learning Portal, which gives you a great overview of the different postings and finance functionalities.
If you are not working for an AX-Partner you can alternatively check out the functionalities by reading various Blogs, such as the ones available on this Forum (community.dynamics.com/.../b) or make use of TechNet for an AX2012 System. (technet.microsoft.com/.../gg852966.aspx)
