How delete statecode value?

Hi, All

In entity Order I have unnecessary value for State Reason. But I can't delete it, because it is last value for State. How I can delete unnecessary State value?

But how I can delete last State Reason for this State? Or it's impossible?

You can delete/add options from/to Status reason field, but you can't modify status field.
