Dynamics CRM 365 on prem 9.1.27.05 Top Navbar Scrolling Left and Right with Mouse Wheel not working

Dear Community after installing this patch the left/right scolling with the mouse wheel does not work anymore.
Also 9.1.26 has the same issue. Did anyone else see this error and maybe has an issue.
