Hi, I am trying to upgrade GP10 to SP5. When we used Dynamics Utilities to upgrade databaes we receive a message: FP: Contrapartida de componentes incorrecta. Formulario 21760 del Viento 22000Cmp 14.
I would appreciatte tour help in order to understand thid message and to Correct it.

Hi, Thanks for your information.
Related to error: Formulario 21760..... the problem was with Analytical Acounting. This feature can not innstall at the same time with the upgrade.
Related to GP2010 vs GP2010R2 we read the recommended site. Thanks.

What was the resolution? Please mark the post as answered for future customers who run into this issue.
You can review the "What's New" document for GP 2010 R2, it indicates the new features added.
Try deleting or renaming the Dynamics.dic file and then run a repair on GP through Add/Remove programs. Log into GP Utilities and you should see after a few windows it saying synching account framework. That will take care of this for you.
