We are using Atlas 6.1 with Ax 2012 R3.
Reports are generated in Excel with Atlas add-on. Problem is with long time of refreshing the data in excel cells.
Example:
1. user posts GL journal
2. opens Trial balance form to check the balances
3. Refreshes the excel spreadsheet with 'Refresh all' button
4. It takes couple of minutes to process (approx. 10min. hourglass is visible)
5. Data is not updated
6. User repeats step 4 until data is refreshed. And it takes over 30-40 min to process.
Do you have idea what might be the reason for that?
