I've configured coupon with option 'Apply without coupon code', so that cashier can select pre-defined coupons from 'View Available Discounts' POS operation. After the coupon is applied, I want to trigger an info code prompt asking to enter additional info. Is there a way to invoke the info code prompt here out-of-the-box, without customization? Thanks
The out-of-the-box application doesn't support this in the discount and coupon level, however it does support to trigger info codes when an affiliation is added to the transaction, maybe you could configure this discount to be a affiliation discount if possible so you can achieve this out-of-the-box or else the only way to achieve this is via a customization.
