When clicking action menu item from main menu , some time the following appears in URL(mi:action%menuitem actionname) , I need to know what makes the system behaviour in this case ?
can you give bit more background about the menu item and its purpose? is this error coming for all user or to only specific user?
it is a customized class to create some project trans .
It happen with all end users but it not an error it is a stranger where the menu item work properly but the issue is that the session is freezed after completing the execution and we have to refresh it
