I'm currently setting up the foundation for the marketing list/quick campaign functionality within my organisation.
Regular emails will be sent out throughout the year to our clients via this functionality but one of the requirements is to send the emails as a generic mailbox email address which is currently used for this type of correspondence.
As far as I can see the only way to do this is to assign a licence to the mailbox and make it a fully-fledged User on Dynamics allowing me to select it from the FROM box on the quick campaign wizard.
Are there any other options for getting this functionality without licencing every mailbox we want for this?
