"Cancel Service Request " throws error "cannot process this request as the client is offline "

Hi All ,

 "Cancel Service Request "  we made this button visible  in offline by adding enable rule  .  throws error "cannot process this request as the client is offline " when used in offline mode . any work around on this .

    Hi Mohammed Waseem,

    As far as I know, there is no way to achieve this. You can post your proposal in Ideas forum in order to drive it to be improved.
