Windows server 2008 windows installer does not permit patching of managed advertised products. At least one feature of th e product must be installed before applying the patch.
I don't know what is going on? How can I resolve this isue. I am logged in as Administrator.

Sandip,
what version of Dynamics GP are you using and what Service Pack level has been installed. This issue appears to be related to a .Net Framework dependency issue based on previous support cases that have been logged. Please check to see the versions of framework that are install through Programs and Fatures.
