Shopify Create new customer from template

Hello Community, 
After upgrade 21.0, we cannot use the Add customer from Template, anymore, does anyone know what changes have been made to shopify connector to Add Customer option to sync orders? 

Would "customer template" for new client effect "customer template" for Shopify new customer?

    If you don't get further responses to this issue, you may want to raise a support request to Microsoft support via your CSP / Partner.

    We are having the same issue.  "Create New Customer" button from the Shopify order page in BC365 does nothing.  We have check all settings but same result.  We think it is related to the customer templates not being compatible with Shopify piece.  This happened since October update.

    Extension validation result:

    Codeunit50001%20Event%20Management.al (219,48) - Error AL0433: Field 'Bill-to Customer Template Code' is removed. Reason: Will be removed with other functionality related to "old" templates. Replaced by "Bill-to Customer Templ. Code".. Tag: 21.0.

    Was this error ever resolved for you?  We are having the same issue.  Our partner has reached out to Microsoft but there has been no response.
