Unable to install D365 Marketing Additional non production application

Hello,

“After recreating our sandbox as a copy of the production we can’t activate our marketing license ‘Dynamics 365 Marketing Additional Non Prod Application’. When we try to activate it we get following screen saying ‘Application is being uninstalled’. This message is there already for days…

Storage is ok, additional storage was purchased to be able to add this.

Any idea what's going wrong ?

    Hi Adriaan,

    ‘Application is being uninstalled’ -- it seems that there was issue in backend.

    I suggest you open a support ticket for further assistance.

    Hi Adriaan, 

    There could be issues that come up when instances that have marketing application are copied if there's something has been missed during the process. Refer: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/manage-marketing-instances#copy-a-marketing-instance-to-another-instance

    Please open a Support Request and we can investigate and help resolve the error.
