User issues with BOOKMARK selection

We have a client, on saas version with several users.

We encountered a very strange problem with only one user: if he tries to add a page/task/report to the user role management form with the bookmark button, when he closes and reopens the web he no longer has the page added in the user role management menu.
 
The user has the /production manager/ role and has a super, premium licensed set of permissions.
 
We tried with another user to give him the same role and bookmark management works fine. So that's not the role.
We tried to access with a PC and a different browser with the customer's user but the problem persists.
