How do you create a lookup field which allows multiple answers?

Using the Territory entity, I would like to be able to create a field which is a Lookup for Users, but allows for multiple answers.

In this case, it's because each of our Territories has multiple managers. So the field is "Manager" and I'd like it to Lookup more than one User but I can't see a way to do it. Is it possible? Or is there a relatively neat way around it? The only way I can think to get around it would be to create multiple fields, each of which is a lookup for the user, but I'm not even sure that would work effectively?

    Hi there,

You could use a custom workflow action to copy N:N related records. See blog post:

That's great, thank you! Managed to figure it out in the end. The next problem I faced was copying data from the subgrid I created to a new entity when using a Process to create it. I have a Process which creates a new entity (x) based on an original entity (y). Both x and y have subgrids which I would like to contain the same information, but I can't figure out how to set up the process so that it copies the y subgrid into the x subgrid (like you can usually do with fields). Do you know how I can do that?

    Hi there,

You can add a 1:N or N:N relationship to the Territory entity and add a subgrid to the form so you can add more than one users as managers.
